Julie was as personable and concerned with providing me with a haircut that I would leave happy with. I get a simple buzz cut low to my head and unlike many other experiences that I have had previously where the person cutting my hair was focused on running the clippers over my hair and getting me out of the chair as soon as possible, she took her time and cut it down in multiple steps, each ti.me asking me if that was the length I desired. She was also meticulous when rinsing me off afterward to make sure that I wouldn't feel itchy. The whole front staff was helpful when I had a senior moment and told them I had an appointment with Julie. They managed to turn what could have been an embarrassing moment into a funny experience for all of us when we realized that Julie was really Lisa. It gave me a good laugh for the day. A 5 star experience not just for that day but even now remembering how helpful everyone was trying to figure out who Julie was.

These people are awesome ! I love them all like family & I never have a bad hair day. Best in the new year to all.
