The only thing That I could say needs improvement is the customer contact. The phones go to answer machines. The online booking took 2 days to get back to me about appointment. While I was there having my hair done, there was no receptionist to answer the phones. You need better customer contact.

I had a balayage done at a different salon and they completely fried my hair, turned it orange and it looked nothing like a balayage and more like big splotches of orange. As much as I hated the color and the fact that it looked like a 2 year old did it, I was much more concerned about my hair falling out and how bad the damage was. I called and talked to Paul who was very comforting on the phone, as I have never felt so hopeless, and he was very informative and told me to come in right away for a emergency conditioning. When I arrived he, and all of the staff were absolutely sweet and friendly. Paul looked at my hair and felt my pain. Not only did he deep condition it, he fixed the color and the integrity of my hair. It looks absolutely amazing. All of which he did out of the kindness of his heart because he couldn’t stand the thought of me paying what I did at the other salon and sending me out the door like that. I would recommend this salon to EVERYONE. The whole staff is kind, funny and very talented. This is my new hair home!
